We found that the shape of soft sculpture are smooth and form with curve lines, so when create the Sockaroos paper model, we want something different from the soft sculptures to emphasize they are made of cards.
The boxy and edgy structure giving them more characteristic. We spend a lot of time on the skin texturing, to make sure every stripes can be joined when they are folded and all the edges are sticked together from a flat card.
